- Users can now create a personalized folder structure to organize, share, store and view your files in Workstorm’s file repository.
- Users can use text formatting options (bold, italics, underline and strikethrough) when sending messages.
User Experience & User Interface Improvements
- Upgraded app’s top bar view. Access the new Options menu on the top right to quickly switch between Dark and Light mode or to choose between Essential and Fully Featured view. Find Help/FAQ and the Settings menu on the top right bar as well.
- Access more robust search options from the Search menu in Messages. Click Search directly above the Message editor to filter by contact, date range, files only and flagged messages.
- Improved user experience and performance in Workstorm’s Outlook Add-in. Add a Workstorm video conference link with one click to an Outlook event.
- User interface updates to Box, Dropbox, iManage and OneDrive integrations to match the styling of the new and improved Workstorm files repository (See No. 1 above in the “New Features” section). Use the Refresh button in the top right of your DMS integrations to keep them up to date.
- The onboarding tour, top bar, left-side feature bar and New+ button were updated for Essential and Fully Featured views to have consistent nomenclature across the app.
- Improved Calendar and Email (0365) integration performance.
- Show the most frequently used Office 365 contacts first when searching for invitees to add to a Calendar event or to a new Email.
Miscellaneous
- On network disconnects, Workstorm’s Desktop App users are redirected to a landing page that allows the user to refresh and jump back online.
- Updated the user interface for configuring notification options to be more user friendly in Settings –> Notifications.
- Preview uploaded video files by clicking the green Play button to open the file/video viewer.
- Users can quickly share content from a Word, PowerPoint or Excel document into Workstorm via messaging without losing the source’s formatting.
- Upgraded performance of the Settings –> Users panel for Company Admins.
- Squashed bugs.
