  • How to Send a File to an Attendee during a Video Conference

    In Workstorm’s latest product upgrade released on Nov. 25, 2020, a new video conferencing interface was debuted. If Attendee X of the video conference is logged into a Workstorm profile, you can send and receive 1-on-1 messages from Attendee X like your communicating back and forth in your Workstorm private message channel with Attendee X. File sharing and search is also available in that 1-on-1 conversation with Attendee X. Check it out and try it for yourselves!

    The highlights from the September 2, 2020 release are Admin level control over message exporting, updated company domain protocols to allow for companies to make multiple Workstorm instances, if necessary, using the same email domain and we’ve enhanced calendar performance to allow for users to stay signed into their integrated calendar for longer period of times reducing the number of times a user needs to sign-in to their calendar account.
