If you are coming here from an active video conference browser window, hit the ← arrow to the left of your address bar to reload the video conference. Alternatively, if your video conference opened in a new window, right click on the window and select back
Click continue in your browser
Hit continue to enable your camera and microphone settings in the Workstorm video conference and select allow in the browser popup.
If you would like to join a future video conference from an incognito window follow these steps:
- After loading into the video conference, click continue to access the browser permissions
- If the permissions do not appear, after timeout, select the help articles link at the bottom of the video conference pop up
- If your video conference opened in a new tab, click on the ← arrow to the left of your address bar and choose to continue in your browser. If your video conference opened in a new window, right click on the window and select back
- Click on continue to access the browser permissions and choose allow to enable access to your camera and microphone
- Enter your name in the video conference window
- Click on save and continue to start the video conference
