Workstorm allows users to start and join a Video Conference via the mobile app, available for both Apple and Android. On mobile, there are two ways to start a Video Conference.
To call individual users:
- In the menu ribbon at the bottom of the screen, tap the Start a Call button
- In the Conference Call Settings pop-up, toggle your camera and microphone on or off
- Click Save Settings
- Type and tap the names of people you would like to invite from the pop-up window
- Tap the Invite button in the top-right corner of the screen
- Invited Users will receive notifications on both Mobile and Desktop apps, asking them to join the Video Conference
To call a Channel or Direct Message:
- Tap on the Channel or Direct Message that you would like to call
- In the menu ribbon at the bottom of the screen, tap the Start a Call button
- Members of the conversation will receive notifications on both Mobile and Desktop apps, asking them to join the Video Conference
