Workstorm makes it easy to organize Channels, Direct Messages, and Announcements into Folders.
To create a Folder:
- Click the Messages icon in the left-sidebar
- In the top-right corner of the sidebar, click +Add
- Select New Folder
- Enter a name for the Folder
- Click Create
- Click on the ellipses next to the Folder name and click Add Channel/DM
- In the Add to Folder pop-up window, search for the relevant Channels, Direct Messages, and Announcements
- Check the boxes next to the name of each conversation
- Click Add
- Click on the Folder to toggle it open and closed
- Create additional Folders to better organize your Workstorm
