Workstorm makes it easy to organize Channels, Direct Messages, and Announcements into Folders.
To create a Folder:
- Click the Messages icon in the left sidebar.
- In the top-right corner of the sidebar, click +Add.
- Select New Folder.
- Enter a name for the Folder and click Create.
- Click on the ellipses next to the Folder name and click Add Channel/DM.
- In the Add to Folder pop-up window, search for the relevant Channels, Direct Messages, and Announcements.
- Check the boxes next to the name of each conversation.
- Click Add.
- Click on the Folder to toggle it open and closed.
- Create additional Folders to better organize your Workstorm.
