Essential and Fully Featured Views

Essential and Fully Featured Views

There are two views in Workstorm: Essential and Fully Featured. To switch between them, click the ellipses icon in the top-right corner of the window. Then, in the Options menu, toggle on/off Enable Fully Featured.

Essential View

By default, Workstorm presents users with Essential View. This mode displays Messages, Connections, Meetings, Files, and Calendar in the left sidebar.

Messages

In messages you can send messages, files and start video conferences with your Connections, can create new private and team messages and view folder structures you’ve customized to organize your Messages menu.

Connections

Clicking this icon brings up a list of your Connections you’ve made on Workstorm. You can also invite connections into Workstorm via your personal connect link or email connection invite features

Meetings

Click this icon to start an ad hoc video conference Meeting or to schedule a Meeting for later.

Files

Access your Workstorm file repository and the document management solutions with which you or your company have integrated.

Calendar

The calendar icon shows a view of the current month and your upcoming and past Meetings schedule.

Fully Featured View

To advance your Workstorm experience, switch to Workstorm’s Fully Featured View. This mode grants access to Email and Workspaces.

Email

Click the Email icon on your left-hand side bar to access your mirrored Office 365 email account.

Note: Email and Calendar will be available for users that have integrated Workstorm with Office 365.
