How to Update your Password

To maintain the security of individual accounts, Workstorm allows you to update your password at any point.

Note: This process is for accounts that do not use Single Sign-on (SSO). If you use SSO, please update your password through your Microsoft or Google Profile.

To update your password: 

  1. Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen, next to your profile picture, and select the ellipsis icon.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. On the left side, under the Personal Settings submenu, select Security.
  4. In the first field, enter your current password.
  5. In the second field, enter your new password.
  6. Click the Update Password button to confirm your new password.
