To maintain the security of individual accounts, Workstorm allows you to update your password at any point.
Note: This process is for accounts that do not use Single Sign-on (SSO). If you use SSO, please update your password through your Microsoft or Google Profile.
To update your password:
- Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen, next to your profile picture, and select the ellipses icon
- Click on Settings
- On the left side, under the Personal Settings submenu, select Security
- In the first field, enter your current password
- In the second field, enter your new password
- Press the Update Password button to confirm your new password
