New Features

Streams

• All Streams Dashboard
  • Members can view, in a table format, all Streams they are members of; Global Streams Admins (GSA) can view all Streams they are members of or manage.
  • Search for Streams by name.
  • Filter to see specific Streams based on their unique fields and values. A few examples include:
    • Global custom fields
    • Stream status: Enabled, Disabled, Legal Hold
    • Stream Admin names
  • Choose which fields to show/hide in the dashboard.
    • The ones showing can be sorted by ascending or descending.
  • The dashboard can be locked as a tab to provide quick and easy access.
  • GSAs can create a new stream from the dashboard.
• Custom Fields
  • Global Stream Admins (GSAs) create custom fields for the company and can map integrated custom fields from Everlaw or Relativity.
    • GSAs have options to add custom fields at the task-level and Stream-level and can choose which fields will be required or optional
  • Stream Admins can set values on custom Stream or task fields.
  • Stream members may fill in required or optional values at the task-level.
• Templates
  • Creating and editing task templates are now limited to Stream Admins.
    • Stream members can view the templates and apply them to tasks.

Legal Hold

• Streams and Messages on legal hold have a visual indicator (lock icon) of its retention status
• Once on legal hold, members cannot delete any files, messages, or tasks and admins cannot rename a Stream

Analytics

• Analytics feature icon added to the main toolbar.
• Create custom dashboard by department or project and add charts to analyze tasks and matters.
  • Data can be pulled from a single Stream, multiple Streams, or all Streams that you are a member of.
• New permission: Stream Reporting Managers (SRM) can be appointed by a company admin.
  • SRMs can build analytics dashboards across all Streams.
  • SRMs can access shared formulas and chart templates to power their usage of analytics.
• All members can create and share chart templates with Stream Admins and Stream Reporting Managers.
• All members can create a collection of formulas to use when creating a chart and incorporating numerical based custom fields.
  • These formulas can be shared with Stream Admins and Stream Reporting Managers, if necessary.

User Experience & User Interface Improvements

• Streamlined sidebar feature menus have one action button per menu along with an ellipsis menu when there are more options.
• For Company Admins, improved interface for Users Dashboard
• Dark and light mode enhancements; updated color libraries
• Improvements to layout on various screen sizes and zoom.
• Improved tooltip hover for long Stream or Message names
• Copy Streams functionality has been renamed Duplicate Stream and a Stream Admin can now name the duplicate Stream prior to duplication.

Desktop App Version Upgrade to V 1.7 for Mac and Windows (Coming soon)

• Improved start-up/shutdown and sign-in/sign-out process when using Windows Account Manager (WAM).
• Choose Workstorm to open at login.
• Enhanced user experience when managing permissions for camera, mic and screensharing in desktop app video conferences.
• Previewing available apps and windows and choosing an app or window to share when screen sharing has been improved.

Outlook Add-in Version Upgrade to V 2.0 (Coming soon)

• Create a task for a specific stream where you are a member from an existing email.
  • Any attachments are automatically added to the task. They can be removed, if needed.
    • Additional files from your desktop can be added too.
• Upgraded design for both the task and meeting creator.
• The Settings menu has new and improved options to streamline your experience using the add-in.
• Sign-in with a SSO configured account is available and will adhere to the SSO rules set by your company.
